According to Mike White on Twitter. Surely not a chance of Venables into Adam Pearson's shoes and a promotion for him?
I think you're asking about a McGuire replacement? I don't know who it would be - but, if it's down to NB, then he could have someone in mind. (Or City could advertise for someone, nationally)
Hull Cityâs Chief Executive, Mark Maguire, appears set to leave the club, according to talk on Twitter this evening. BBC Radio Humbersideâs Mike White says the station will have the news in the morning. Meanwhile, there are also rumours on Twitter that Robbie Brady will return to Manchester United with his loan soon to expire, with a replacement Premier League loan signing already lined up.
Best news Ive heard in ages. The Winter Wonderland has been a massive failure on behalf of the SMC and it looks like he has paid for it with his job. And lets not forget: "There are too many company cars at the club. Oh, here's a new employee, lets give him a company car." I seem to recall that as one of (the only?) major interview he did and then he was never put in front of the media again. It was always a strange appointment. We wouldnt hire the manager of a team who got them relegated out of the football league for the first time so why we went for their CeO was always beyond me. Unless of course at the time we were looking for someone to expertly guide us through administration.....
I've only met him a couple of times, but around AP he just acted like his assistant, I never really understood what he did.
As proven by the fact that some on this thread didnt even know who he was. He was supposed to be in charge for God's sake.
I really dont remember but with you stating he may have been brought in for admin and as i recall Bartlett didnt want to do that but AP did, just assumed it was AP.
The Fail article today makes it sound like there might have been some wrongdoing... http://www.thisishullandeastriding.co.uk/story-14287377-detail/story.html?
