As I said in the other thread, this guy is thought of very, very highly by Bogner fans. I would put him in the squad as soon as Ba is of to the ACON and use him as an impact sub. His finishing is immense and he's not slow. I'd be suprised if he wasn't starting alongside Ba next season. Major coup for us. He'll step up like Smalling did, imo.
Apparently he was all set to sign for Eastleigh for around £12K until we popped up and offered him a week long trial. Can't really confirm any of it it's all just rumors atm as there is nothing official from any of the clubs.

The standard was so ****e. I only saw the first three goals, first was a pen. The second was terrible goalkeeping, that was headed in from about six yards out, why didn't he ****ing take it, the guy on the near post could even have had that. Krul would've caught the third (the free kick).
Airey ****ed up, lot of people I know are good friends with him and he returned early from Hibs because he was homesick, got overtaken by the likes of Hooper and Campbell in the pecking order. Almost certain to be released. If we sign this guy he would be used straight away, no point loaning him out at 23. I'm quite excited now
I'm sure he'd play a few reserve games first to give Pardew a chance to compare him to likes of Shola and Best at that level. If he looks decent for the reserves then maybe he'll get on the bench and maybe get some appearances in the cup.
