As a saints fan, i speak for all of us by saying we can't do much more. I mean did you hear those fans at the walsall game, wouldn't stop singing. Week in Week out the fans get behind the team, i don't want to bash the squad but i hope the players realise how lucky they are to have such humble and loyal fans.

If we are in League 1 next year. I don't think Adkins should be in the job. It's not like he has had a crap team to manage. I just don't understand why no proper striker was brought in the window. We needed a poacher.
Manager with no passion and is waaaay too nice (or so it seems) to be able to inspire these players. We seem to bottle it so f*cking easily, that's ALL down to the manager. Adkins is being pulled along by the talent of the squad. He is out of his depth. And our fans are quality. Our results are not what our travelling support deserve. P*ssed off tonight.
Pardew would have pulled off a few big names (for league 1) signings. Adkins is less extravagant and plays everything a bit safe, didn't really spend any real money.

I wouldn't fancy us in the Playoffs, Peterborough, and Huddersfield would most likely be in them and they are good teams who have hit form. We have to get Automatic if we want to go up this year...Anyone reminded of Leeds attempts to get out?
I have never been one to call for manager's heads. I was so behind Pardew at the start of the year but you could tell there was friction between him and Cortese. Cortese must take some of the blame. His personal feelings shouldn't get in the way. Adkins is out of his depth. We have bigger players than Scunthorpe did.
Adkins style of play leaves a lot to be desired........passing football is a must for any team but it is not working for us. We just do not seem to have the quality or the get up and go or the desire. A lot of the team are individuals perhaps that is the problem. It is certainly down to the manager...... I repeat myself I am beginning to doubt his ability. Am really down tonight

If I have done the maths right. Which I have hopefully We have a 12.8% conversion rate. (shots/goals) Brighton have 18.4% conversion rate. That is huge. Doesn't look it but it is. Bournemouth: 14.9% Hudders: 13.9% Peterborough: 18% MK Dons: 16.5% Colchester: 13.1% I can't be bothered to do anymore.... but this shows how crap we have been in front of goal.
