As some of you may know, I live in Northern Ireland and getting to games is very costly these days. My wondeful girlfriend has bought us two tickets to Toon vs QPR on Jan 15th. Can't wait. Best christmas present ever.

Just wondering if you could tell me anything about the area we are seated. Anytimes ive been ive been at the Gallowgate end. These seats are "Milburn Stand B Paddock".

From reading you guys discussing the re arranging of the seating thanks to the fat one, jinsy praise, I am hoping that Im not going to be too far from you toon faithful ex level 7'ers.

Cheers lads and Merry fuggin Christmas to all! :1980_boogie_down::1980_boogie_down::1980_boogie_down:

Where you are sat looks like it could be the corporate seats. The atmosphere there isn't the best but you can see the away fans and will be able to hear the singing from the South East Corner; they will be about 5 degress to the right infront of you.

I hope its a great day for you! Merry Xmas as well!

cheers dudes. The stadium plan confuses me because our tickets say Milburn Paddock L1H but the L1H section is behind the goal in the Sir John Hall Stand.

Think your seat is about level with the penalty spot in the Milburn Stand nearest to the Leazes End.

The noisy boys from there are in the GG end now.

Enjoy your visit and I hope we get three points for you.

I reckon it will be a great game. Last time I was over the bindippers beat us 3-0. Cost me over £300 to watch that!

Thats the first thing I thought when I seen it was QPR. Do I boo or not? Probably not seeing as he learned to keep his fat tweeting mouth shut recently. None the less, thanks for the seating help and well wishing. That will be Tiote and Ba's last game before ACN is it not?

I think he should be cheered. He's a money grabbing tit like the rest of them, but he did genuinely love it up here and would have finished his career at Newcastle if not for you know what

I plan to go to this game as well.

I live in London now so home games are rare for me too.

I have an interview at Northumbria Uni on the Friday so I thought I'd hang about and go to the match.

The last home match I went to was against Sunderland and I sat in the leazes corner level 7. This time I plan to sit lower down, where should I sit if I want to experience the best atmosphere?

Thanks - ooh and also can you still get a student discount on tickets?
