Drogs, being charged isn't a indication of guilt. Its just the crown saying they believe there's a case to answer. If he loses you can feel that way.
I know, it was before I had read the story. Newspaper headlines don't help!! Terry has vowed to clear his name so I'm all for backing him in doing so.
Will they bring out a commemorative tea towel or mug to celebrate they were ahead of Chelsea And arsenal in the league; only to fall apart as usual at the business end of the season Spuds were ahead if us in feb last season and 15 points behind us by May 1. Expect more of the same
Ummm I'm not a Spurs' fan. I thought there might have been enough clues in my post and user name but hey-ho. Chelsea fans what are you like? And, as a neutral, they'll finish above you.
Its not so much having a case to answer, the CPS have to believe that they have a very likely chance of achieving a conviction in order to take it to the magistrates. They will then refer it to crown court due to the high profile nature of the case...unless of course he pleads guilty to it, which he won't.
Being one of the best centre half's this country has ever seen and England captain that's what his paid for.
When? Its a good job your not going to be the judge isn't it They have as much chance of a prosecution than Spuds have of winning the league title.
You obviously started hitting the bottle early then? you should have used the word 'if' Now it should make sense
It is mate, so in terms of punishment its not so severe...the implications on his sponsorship agreements and various footballing roles are a different story though!
I'm not by any means a legal expert so feel free to shoot me down if you want, but would you care to revise or remove that remark? You can thank me later.
