    That's what I always do although I just turn it off and turn it back on 10 seconds later.

    Our Sky at work always goes off because the Co-Op delivery truck keeps backing into the dish <laugh>.

    Never had a problem with their service & always had really good broadband connection with them (get 15 meg), just had a problem with the Sky home move taking longer than it was supposed to.
    When I was with Virgin before they used to throttle my connection for hours/days on end and rarely got 10 meg so heavy users/downloaders be warned.
