23 born and bred in Longebenton and currently working at Orange, not the most exciting of jobs but theirs a fair bit of talent to keep me entertained :) Unlike about 90% of you I'm single, not a fan of commiting and enjoy the chase

1st game was against Wimbeldon August 1996 we won 2 - 0 if I remember correctly, great day drinks in Killy social club when taxi into town. Had to walk from Town Moor though as the traffic was horrendous!

Not really a fan of any other sports, cricket/tennis/golf are boring and cant see any talent in Rugby (look I can catch and run or look I can pull a big bloke to the ground)

    You aren't alone my friend!

Oh, and as for rugby, you forgot the major tekkers they have in their arsenal. Throwing sideways and slightly backwards. Unbelievable Tekkers!

There are some patterns emerging here, we could have our own University Challenge team (or similar) or a heavy metal band.

I'm a 42 year old born and bred Guernseyman. I was introduced to the Toon by my grandads brother who was also a supporter when i was an infant and have supported ever since. I'm currently single and work in the finance industry.

I follow cricket as well but don't take alot of intrest in any other sports although when i was younger i represented Guernsey at rugby as well as football. Played football with and against Matt Le Tissier who was in my year at school (although we went to different schools).

Hobbies including reading, history, listening to music, watching movies and travelling. That's about it really!

Unbelieeeevable Tekkers to throw a wall sideways like! Could be worse though at least they dont wear big pads and shout random numbers like the American verision

I much prefer the American version tbh... The Quarterback has got skills, i mean throwing a 40 yard pass to a sprinting dude and getting it precise? That's like a Beckham cross field pass, ****ing good! But they do just have a load of fat blokes to block people aswell...

First girlfriend was Queen Boadicea and was a huge fan of death by stoning until I saw my first Toon game in 1959.

Lived in Ponteland before getting married and moved to Gosforth before emigrating to Derby in 1987. After educating " The strong in the arm and weak in the head brigade" for 10 years on the finer arts of playing golf, I moved to the metropolis of Melton Mowbray, where I still live.
Have worked in various places in the UK over the past 10 years but am now living back at home but coaching base is in Northampton.

I see what you mean, a 40 yard pass does take tekkers, I think it might just be a case that with football I've lived and breathed it since I can remember, I cant relate to other sports so cant get the same enjoyment out of it.

born and raised in the teams where i resided for 25 long years, met my lass and bought a gaff in dunston. been there 2yrs and i'm marrying said lass in april.

Im in the engineering business and don't get to as many games as i should due to a crippling mortgage, impending wedding and ****ed motor.

andy carrolls dad frequents my local, i used to regularly serve gazza and his family food and drinks in my other local and lived 100yds from redeugh boys were gazza learnt his trade. I have no ability with a ball myself as the teams used its quaota on carroll, gazza, steve stone and donald hutchinson. there was none left for me.

Very brave admission there AFC :p

Looking through the posts, must say I think I'm the youngest poster on the board :O (not sure i'll be taken seriously after this now <laugh> )

16 and discovered 606 whilst very bored in an IT lesson and never looked back since ;) Taking Geog, Maths, German and French at A Levels although Football is the dominant thought during school days nowadays. Another confession is that i'm a bastard in black on the weekends :S But since it pays for the season ticket I'm not complaining :D

Cut his head off with a rusty machete ;)

But seriously, if I was clattenburg, wouldn't have given the freekick as I don't think he saw it, then would've handled it after the match.
Had a similar instance on sunday, game got feisty in the last few minutes and as I was watching the ball go upfield I was getting shouted at and when I turned around half the players were shouting at each other and being held back by team mates. Now I was totally oblivious to what'd happened so obviously couldn't punish anyone but I got told what happened. I restarted play with a throw in and told them to report it at the end of the match (don't get to fill out match reports myself in U-14s matches).
