I am happy with a point at the Lane, think it was quite a good result given Spurs' form. SW, was about to message you to close it. It was definitely about to get ugly without the game to talk about.
Agreed...their form had me worried in the build up, as well as during the game, but I thought we gave a good account of ourselves. It was rapidly going downhill on that thread though...good effort in starting it though, shame some can't rise above it!
Was only going to that if we won Same, was very nervous throughout and especially at the end given our problem at holding the lead/result at the end of the game this season. Yeah I thought it'd turn out that way, bound to with people like Ensil around.
Had the neighbours round this afternoon, and just said bye-byes to the last of them! Good people, but they've drunk loads of my wine and stopped me watching the boys! I suppose with things the way they are, a point is about right! It aint 3 point lane anymore, but we should sleep OK tonight, knowing we have a few winnable games in front of us
Well - as results go it'll do Have good-un lads & post something suitably negative for Fulham & Villa
Fellow Berks! I trust you all had a great time over the Christmas Holiday! We here, entertained on Boxing Day the large rabble I call my family . My son, a 5star Chef and 'er indoors conspired to produce a nosh up fit for Royals! Had a bit of indigestion when that b**ger Dempsey put one past Cech, but otherwise all went well! Hope all you Blues had a great holiday! KTBFFH!
I'll second that Ginge! Its not the first time this season either! He's got Chelsea through him like a stick of rock, so its feels wrong to be hard on him! But he's got to start stepping up to the mark if we're to avoid dropping unnessessary points!
Maybe the Lampard trick will work. Drop him, hammer him in the press and then he comes back a mew man. Hopefully it would last longer than Lampards did. To be quite frank, Turnbull really isn't as bad a replacement everyone says he would be.
