I'd just like to remind us all of the amazing day 10 years ago when we went down to Elland Road, after beating Arsenal away 3-1, and stuffing them 4-3 in the last minute.

Nobby showing a burst of pace to slide home and cement our place at being top of the league at Xmas. Always a nice feeling, even better when you stuff Leeds (I hate them).

Lovely memories. Merry Xmas everyone! :D

I can't believe that 1 hour and 37 minutes after this article has had one reply. Right now to the serious stuff, this has to be the most memorable away game I've ever been to, bad weather missed the kick off, both teams playing good attacking football, Leeds going 3-1 up and looking good, then suddenly Newcastle turn it on get back to 3-3, before Solano goes through in stoppage time and win a game that at 3-3 either team could have won. Oh and who can forget Sir Bobby's jiggle on the bench after Solano's goal.

Great memories and we played kieron Dyer in Central Midfield who couldn't tackle or track back, so why can't we play Ben Arfa there now running through the middle like Dyer did?

Because we had much better plays around him and you knew Solano would track back, last night Coloccini was doing most of the covering on both flanks.

I remember this game!! A few days after we had gone away and beaten Arsenal 3-1 :)

Defnitely my favourite ever Newcastle season. Solano and Robert on the wings, and Bellamy and Shearer up front!!! Magic :)

Jonas plays as a left back so he can always cover, Robert didn't track back and also Gary Speed didn't sit back, we have got a defensive midfielder in Tiote that Newcastle team under Sir Bob didn't have a defensive midfielder so I don't see why we can't play Ben Arfa like they used Dyer and when Tiote goes to the African cup of nations I would like us to try Ben Arfa and Cabaye in Central Midfield Like Dyer and Speed under Sir Bob.

Dyer always was box to box, might not have put in crunching tackles but at his best he was always closing down in our half then carrying it forward from there.

One of my favourite away games is a bit obscure. Bristol City away in our Championship season. We were 2-0 down, cracking atmosphere from both sets of fans. Game ended up 2-2. Carroll got a goal and a few fans ended up on the pitch, and we could have won it. Think the rustic old stadium added to the night as well.

I went to both Arsenal and Leeds at that time, one of the greatest weeks supporting NUFC.

I remember sitting in a mates house having Xmas drinks with his family who were all Leeds fans. The match was on the radio and they were taking the mick at 3-1 up.

When Nobby got the winner I felt the need to raise a toast :)

The first toast I ever raised and celebrated by myself.

The Leeds games were always very popular with the guys at work and we used to have coaches on and stay on in Leeds till the early hours in those days. Got some fond memories of them.
