Is getting me down FFs we are only a couple of wins away from mid-table. Granted we are also only a couple of losses away from relegation but what did everyone really expect ? Its all about staying up this year and i for one fully expect us to do this. So can we PLEASE stop this in fighting and backbiting between ourselves and get on with supporting our team. Cue the doubters...........
exactly staines its the same old every season baring last, every team has a baron ok ours is lasting a bit longer, but have faith it can't go on for much longer well be back in force.
here here ......... just had a rant myself on another posting ........... calmed down now I know im not alone
Guys, I hope I am not a doom and gloom merchant - check my posts if you can be bothered. I think it is the nature of the loss that has affected the posts today. 2 nil down and gloomy enough at half time. The elation with 2 goals in 4 minutes, hugging strangers and the thrill of singing, "2 nil and you stuffed it up" etc. The drop in mood from that after the final goal was massive and has taken me 24 hours to recover from!! I felt the same was I did when we lost to Watford and that twat who had never scored for Watford, ever, broke his duck against us!! Just gutted. That is the way I feel, but with my head I am prepared to believe that NW and TF will sort this out come January. The lads will be very keen to redeem themselves and perhaps the Swansea game, away from what can be pressure (as well as support) from the home crowd, might just provide us with a pleasant post Christmas treat. Eternally hopeful! Especially if Adel plays.
Honestly mate, my original post wasn't aimed at anyone particular. Just i hadnt looked at the board for a few days cos i only go on at work and within a few minutes i was ready to slit my wrists. Funny you mention the 2-0 and you f###### it up' chant cos me and my mates said at the time that maybe it was a bit too early to be singing that yet......gutted we were proved right
We need to sort out our defence big time thats our main priority build from the back as they say ferdinand is our only decent centre back and thats saying something.
I think it's disappointment more than anything. When brown hit the winner, it was a kick in the guts. Its been a while since I felt so gutted about a loss. A month ago I thought we could have held on until Jan and given ourselves a really good chance of surviving. Sadly that hasn't happened. With two away games to come, two points above relegation we're left questioning whether we need to add more than 3-4 new faces just to compete, and is NW really cut out for the prem? I ain't religious so faith means very little to me.
On a lighter note, Wigan and Blackburn both have two tough away games also (they both play MU), so hopefully they will remain in place. Bolton have two home fixtures, although they've been on a bad run they are two possible wins (vs. Newcastle & Wolves). Arsenal, barring a miracle is surely a loss, with Swansea a point if we're lucky.
Well , where are the usual suspects now the last time i suggested warnock must be removed they came out in force to mock me hope you come to your senses soon. He is not a tactical manager and would never will a few january sales might save him otherwise its all downhill.
Good point. Looking at all the fixtures this w/e, IF we get a point, or dare we hope more, we will be in a much better position.
Weve all been down this road before, watching relegation football.we are watching it now thats why we are all so negative.
Certain people in life would shag Cheryl Cole and complain her tits aren't big enough. People just love a moan.
