Another reason why it's in the wrong country

Like people were complaining about the Qatari heat and how the tournament shouldn't be held there for that reason alone

Is it a rare occasion of freak weather? Or is it always like this in Philadelphia at this time of year?

I've got no idea tbh

@brb was saying something about why are people surprised it's raining the other day, not sure where, Kentucky or sumt, so I reckon he will probably have a better idea about American climates

Not sure with Philadelphia (late Autumn I went) but America can have some right freaky whether, and it's pretty unnerving if you've not experienced it before.

Just googled Philadelphia and wettest month is June! lol

I'd tend to avoid places like Florida in June, I know people think it's summer it will be great, no it pisses down all the time, it's sub tropical / tropical dependent where you are situated.

Had family in Jacksonville. Which is North of Orlando.

August can be alright, but expect the passing storms from the intense heat of the day, you could actually set the time from them, 3pm onwards.

Then September you start getting the worst of the hurricanes.

So whens the best time, Christmas! It's actually normal in December and without the intense heat, but the more South you go the better ie Miami / Keys.

I think California is supposed to be quite dry and without the problems of the East coast - hence the water issues - in fact it's probably the driest state I've been to on my visit and that's from San Fran to San Diego.

Only problem with SFO is the fog, can **** up internal flights.

Not been to Texas, but I only imagine it's intense heat this time of year. Hence air conditioned stadium.

But nah I guess it's pretty much the norm. Hence why you see the huge storm drains and run offs or whatever the correct term.

They cleared the pitch pretty quick the other day, and I just assumed because it was designed to do that, rather than just being a one off freak of nature.
