Can't understand the wingers. Quick check of form this year and you've got Foden/Palmer/Bowen who have vastly out performed the two starting, followed by the other two actually in the squad who are also statistically better. Rashford instantly made a difference, be starting him and Saka next time out against Ghana.

Anderson is a great player and the perfect foil in that midfield.

Palmer? He had an awful year. As did Foden.

Reading between the lines here, but I get the impression that Foden and Palmer would be those who had their chins on the floor moaning if they weren't starting games. Tuchel has talked about players ON and OFF the pitch. You can't have moaners around for a month or more if you are building team morale.
 
gordon and madueke do a lot of off the ball work which is fair enough
but its not exciting
modern football i suppose

i like pacey flair exciting wingers, a thing of the past these days

Talking to my Scarborough supporting mate

Apparently Jonno said at a supporters meeting end of season that
Good relationship with hull city but if these young players act like they’re doing us a favour then they won’t be getting picked much.
We train twice a week at York and none of them could be arsed to come and train with us so how do they expect to be picked On a Saturday ?
