Either way, we're FIFAs 4th ranked team and that would make us among the favourites. Without looking at the rankings i think most people would say argentina, france, spain are the 3 obvious choices and we'd be in the next batch.

The scots are just happy to be there, because they usually don't qualify. Hardly surprising they have lower expectations.

Hell yeh. It’s the hope that kills the English. It’s why we’re all miserable fckers. We’re the Leeds fans of international football.

If the Scots can party hard after a lucky win against Haiti then good luck to them I say. It’s the right attitude to have. If England beat croatia 3-0 we’d be whinging it should have been 4. <cheers>

My mums family name is McCauley so i could party till the sweaties go out. Then i can rue every shot not on target or a pass to the wrong player. The worst thing though is Shearer could be in the commentary team ffs.
