No cos ****ing Jordan would turn up and the mods would be powerless to stop me smashing a pint glass into his probably annoying face.

I could always wear an Argentina shirt just to start a fight with Tash...

There's your problem right there, PC/Windows!
Unfortunately Macs as overpriced as they are run a lot better with the DAWs than a PC, even when they're running Windows!
Tend to have better built in soundcards as well if you don't make the upgrade to a USB/Firewire one and their power supplies are earthed, which if you're a laptop performer/DJ and you're sending audio out from your computer with a MAC you can have the power cable in, but you'll get a massive amount of feedback/hiss with most PCs.
I sound biased, but just a few tips I've picked up myself since I own both!

You're right but I'm too used to PC's now and compatibility is a nightmare, really pissing me off! The mains hum/hiss is only an issue with the laptop, my pc doesn't have that issue.

Anyway, time I went to bed I'm goosed. Later y'all.

Just made my Horlicks to get ready for bed...

Cling film him naked to lamppost outside the front of a police station covered in chilli sauce, red wine and other detritus from a slap up meal. Then ring the door bell.

Ah. Memories of my stag night flooding back.

I'M sorry. I've been meaning to get this off my chest for a long, long time. Just couldn,t ever seem to find the right time, you know. I wanted to tell you, to come clean. But it's difficult, you know. I know how upset you'll be. But...look, it wasn't my fault. It was out of my control. There was honestly nothing I could do about it. I just hope you'll all understand, and that we can still be freinds. I know it's going to be difficult, and I'll do anything you want as long as you say you'll forgive me. It's for the best, I know. I shouldn't have kept it from you. Deep breath. Here goes...I'm a Mackem. There. I've said it.
Born in Shiney Row, lived in Penshaw til I was 11 then the family moved to South Wales, where I've lived ever since. My first memory of football was my mam running out of the house when I was 6 shouting that Sunderland had won the Cup Final in '73. I was in the garden with my mate Peter playing footy. It was a beautiful sunny day and we'd got bored watching the telly. Kids eh? I got taken to.. (God this is difficult)..I got taken to see them bring the cup home. I can remember it. I started playing footy for the cubs, who played in the red n white. My gran bought me and my cousin football kits. She bought me a Sunderland one, and him a Newcastle one. I can remember it now, clear as day. She brought the 2 kits round to my house, gave me the red n white one, said the black n white one was for my cousin. I remember clearly looking at the two kits and simply falling in love with the black n white one. There was no comparison. It just looked ...right. Though I was..I was...a m. a ma...you know, that was the first moment that I fell for NUFC. My dad wasn't big on footy, never took me to a game, never went as far as I can recall, so at least I was never taken to Joker Park. But he must've been hurt because I can clearly remember one night we were looking at photos, some of which were of the cup being paraded through Sunderland, and I made some derogartary remark. He shouted 'Traitor!' at me, I was only about 7 or 8, never forgot that, I was shocked. '74 and Newcastle got to the final - I remember having a centre spread poster from the Chronicle selotaped on my wall, one of those squad team photo posters. Dad wouldn't take me to SJP, so I never went to a match before I moved away at 11.
As soon as I was old enough (17/18) and had a bit of money of my own, I started travelling home to watch games, first game I went to was 3-0 home win over Villa would've been about '84. Went to lots of games at the 'old SJP', before all the re-development. Those days you could just roll up and pay at the door. Went to Bristol City away when Ardiles was manager, a short time before Keegan took over. Lost the game, got drenched in the then uncovered away end, almost had a nasty hiding on the way home.. Didn't know that was going to be my last game for a while - once the Keegan bandwagon got rolling became impossible to get a ticket for a while...FFWD a few years, go to games whenever finances allow (never been a big earner). Went to a load in the CCC last year though, loved it. Took my boy to his first ever footy match when we played Swansea (where I live). Unfortunately it was one of the worst games last year, both performance and atmosphere, but he didn't notice, he had a ball.
So now I'm a 44 year old living in Wales, 1 boy, secure by deadly boring job, clapped out car, 3 cats and a hefty mortgage. I've laid bare my darkest secret. I just hope that you can accept me for who I really am, and that in time, you might find it in your collective hearts to forgive me. If you want me to leave the family, I'll understand.

Born and bred Newcastle boy, raised in Westerhope and now living in Gosforth. Season ticket holder in East End and get to occasional away game. Work in IT which is even more boring than you would think. Watch more or less all live footy on telly (much to my lass' disgust) hence my pretty useless knowledge of overseas football - not that I'm at ZeTom's level, of course. Spend most of my time playing guitar and 5-a-side, I also enjoy the odd drop of sherry. That is my courageous story, out in paperback this spring.

Im a 30 year old from south wales. All my fathers side of the family are from the toon but moved to Wales in the mid 70's. My grandfather was a lorry driver and got a job in the Royal Mint hense the move down. I generally watch 3/4 games a year at St James Park and watch 5/6 away games but usually in with the home supporters. Tend to go to games closer to me...Birmingham, Villa, etc. I was at both 4-3 defeats at Anfield!!
I have been married for 3 years, have 3 siamese called Alan (Shearer), Dai (Ginola) and Kieth (Gillepsie). Sad I know. Not got any kids. Wife want them but thats means getting rid of my 2 seater car (not hairdressers one!!). I work full time but my main aim is to win the Euro Million lottery (about 100 mill will do). I would then but a private yet and then fly up to newcastle for all home matches.

Currently live in Prague running a design firm with my girlfriend who is French, I've previously lived in Brussels too. Was born in South Shields though so I follow NUFC from afar and I'm actually in England now for my first visit in years, will have to try get to the match this weekend if possible.
