Pedro Almeida claims we've offered Como a €50m package for their Croatian AM Martin Baturina

Good news: Baturina is very Modric-like, can play as an AM or on either wing, and has decent end product getting 6 goals and 3 assists in Serie A last season, which was his debut Serie A season
Bad news: ...so there's debate that Almeida might not be a real person, and it appears their quote-unquote source is their misreading a Di Marzio tweet

Tells me Senesi isn't done? Unless they are stretching it out.
Stretching I reckon.

Robertson was close to joining in January too so makes sense to announce him earlier. I wasn’t even expecting an announcement until around the 15th at the earliest anyway.

Very possible Senesi is announced over the weekend I reckon.

Could it not just be a case that he wants to distance himself from the Lewis family?

Highly unlikely someone like Levy would let sentiment or emotion get in the way of tens of millions in profit.

If PS is wrong, it may simply be a case that Levy has seen an investment opportunity elsewhere that he wanted to grab before someone else did, so liquidated his stock with us asap.

Rumours that Liverpool could be in for VDV.

I think there were tenuous links in January as well.

Selling Micky could be an interesting test for the club. RDZ has spoken quite openly about his admiration for the player, but if a crazy bid came in for him would we refuse?

Also the buyers are one of the rumoured bidders for a stake last year so perhaps they are still looking to purchase more and gave him a good price.

While I don't think emotion will be driving Levy in this decision, I doubt he agreed with the decision to sack him so he might well be prejudiced against the people who took it.

I'm quite surprised he sold his stake so quickly, and at a time when its value is presumably at the lowest point it's been in a decade.

Unlike the Lewis family, ex-COYS Daniel isn't independently wealthy of his investment in ENIC.

When you're used to pulling in £3m - £6m p.a., having to sign on is going to hit hard...and rightly so. Maybe a slot on TalkSport awaits him?
