Dykes (is he still a Charlton player?).A question for all:
Does anybody know how many Charlton Athletic players are going to the World Cup Finals, and which Countries they'll represent?
I don't know whether the Club has compiled a list.
Would be interesting to see.
And run an update page maybe, to see who lasts longest out there.
We should compare that to after the finals are played. I’m sure our scouts and money men are poisedDykes (is he still a Charlton player?).
That was quick.
FIFA pay decent money for clubs having players there, around $11,000 per day, starting two days before the tournament starts.A question for all:

No doubt there will be free water fountains available for fans to drink from. Otherwise it would mean fans having to pay extortionate prices for a bottle of water in a plastic bottle. Fifa obviously wouldn't want thatAfter a brief moment of sanity regarding banning team talks when goalies feign injury,
I see FIFA are back to their usual stupid ways...

World Cup 2026: Heat experts warn 'reckless' Fifa of bottle ban health risk
Fans will not be allowed to take reusable water bottles into World Cup stadiums due to safety concerns, Fifa says in a late policy change.www.bbc.co.uk
That should not even be legal.
Fans will have to buy a bottle inside the ground.
Can't buy one? Guess you'll have to go without water, in the searing heat.

HarshI'll be supporting all of Scotland's opponents.

The friendliest people I've met are Argies, so I'd be quite happy to see them win, and I think it will be either them or Brazil.I’d be interested to hear people’s non England/Scotland nation that they’ll be supporting in the World Cup.
Mine is Portugal due to my good lady being from there and my son having dual English and Portuguese nationality
You missed out Scotland.16 of the original 48 go out at the group stage, the group stages could be interesting to see if any team could rack up 10 goals in a game.
That aside, the minnows could serve up the more entertaining stuff as being more evenly matched.
Anyway, the reason for my post. Here are my sixteen teams who I think will exit at the first stage, I'd be interested in other members 16, it could be fun to see who is nearest to their tally.
South Africa
Quatar
Haiti
Australia
Coracao
Cote d'lvoire
Tunisia
Iran
Egypt
Cabo Verde
Saudi Arabia
Iraq
Jordan
Congo
Uzbekistan
Panama
Let's see your list then. You missed out Scotland.
There's no way Haiti are going out at the group stage.
No one, as ever I'll only be watching England.I’d be interested to hear people’s non England/Scotland nation that they’ll be supporting in the World Cup.

Quicker than him anyway.Dykes (is he still a Charlton player?).
That was quick.
Sweden, all day long.I’d be interested to hear people’s non England/Scotland nation that they’ll be supporting in the World Cup.
