I can't see Toby going anywhere but an established, successful PL club or to a leading European team. A good season 26/27 and possibly an England call up as his game improves has him verging on being the next Virgil. Bit of a stretch maybe but if he's sold this window there needs to be a huge sell-on clause, similar for other players that may move on having improved considerably at SFC particularly in the last half of the season under Tonda.
That's a bit of an overstatement!
A leading European team that can afford the fee we would want will have other options. Player trading among European clubs is at much more reasonable fees than what they sell players to English clubs for. It’s been like that for ages

Seeing as promotion would've been huge for him, as it would've triggered an obligation to buy and a way bigger contract to what he is on now in Mallorca, he would have every right to be fuming about it all to be honest. Especially with how important his goals have been. Come home Cyle.

Not sure it really applies in this case but I'd find it extremely amusing if we bypassed the new SCR rules by getting Goztepe to sign a load of players and then loan them to Saints.
