Well, Ross County now have the honour of facing such footballing tour de forces as East Kilbride, Cove Rangers and Peterhead. Two seasons ago they were playing at Celtic and Rangers and are the first team to endure back to back relegations since the SPFL era began.

At least the quality they'll face hasn't dropped.

Technically they were demoted not relegated.

I'm happily corrected by Ric/Brady/any other Scottish football fans but I'm sure they were only allowed into the Third Division because the other SPL clubs voted against letting them back in again.
Yes,demoted is the correct term.

Voted down by Chairmen of their peer Clubs yet still sold out their season tickets in each season as they climbed back up.

I bet using a different word, that means the same, softened the blow of a triple relegation, sorry demotion.
