But how long do we wait ?

There will come a time that if the FAchavent made a decision , that we are going to have to .
Your scenario may come true whereby we sack him and in the next couple of days the FA show leniency and give him a Ban suspended by 1 year .

I'm 100% sure they've been legally advised to write that statement (for what reason I'm not sure), and that it was approved by their legal team. The fact it is that bland is probably because it has to be. There's also likely to be too many unknowns and undecided factors to have next steps at this point. I'm continuing to give the benefit of the doubt.

It IS a rule in the championship and we broke it .

I really feel this statement will be taken by the FA as attempting to put pressure on them and it will backfire spectacularly .

I honestly hope it doesn’t , but I can only see a ban for TE as nailed on now .
 
FA be mental to ban him! If they do it’s gonna put them in a real difficult position where they’ll have to start intervening & banning managers for all sorts of crap.

I mean also, what are they actually banning him for? A misunderstanding of footballing culture in the 2nd tier? Ok, so he can still manage in the Prem where it’s absolutely fine to do what he’s done? Is it a ban for asking his supervisor to ask a junior analyst to.. err do some analysis? Lol

Blown sooooo out of proportion!

If I’m on a job & my boss asks my supervisor to direct me to do something “no excuses”, I’d just ****ing do it. I’m sure the FA are the first to bark orders down a chain of command! This whole thing becoming so stupid now & it was already mental lol

Not sure what the perfect response would be here but I expect a lot of people would agree that kicked out, docked 4 points and then subsequently banned for the conduct is somewhat worse than a red card and a penalty being awarded for one foul. Double jepordy indeed.
Plus. damned for keeping quiet and of course damned for speaking up.

At least Dragan has spoken up now and made it clearer where the club stands. Definitely sounds like a siege mentality is going to be in place for next season.
Made a good point about the battering Tonda will get next season, and that HE hasn’t walked away from that.
Let’s hope he backs him then financially this summer.
I’d imagine today’s meeting will be you’re with us or not but this is what we’re doing.

I was impressed with Solak. Don't cut off your nose to spite your face attitude. It's about time someone faced the camera, so different with a personality behind it than written text. I'm sure we are all aware how one sentence in the English language can be interpreted several different ways without hearing it spoken.
I'm sure he will crack heads and get this group flying next season. They owe him and especially us!
