If we have indeed employed a legal team and have continued to do so then surely we're taking the EFL to court. Personally I hope we sue Steve Gibson too just for the hell of it.
Probably more to do with the ongoing investigation from the FA, rather than us taking action against the EFL?
Why would it? The FA investigation is focused on individuals rather than the club. It's either to do with us taking legal action or defending ourselves against other clubs taking legal action against us. Or both!
