I really enjoyed following Norwich when I lived in North America, 8am kickoff on a Saturday with breakfast and then you've got the rest of the day free for whatever else.

Now trying to follow North American sport (specifically hockey) from the UK, the endless 3am start times mean I know the pain of being a Canary living further East!

We've got exactly this for east coast Australia. England group games are 6am or 7am kick off which i'm pretty happy about. Aus games are all over the place with kick offs between 5am and 2pm. I find the key with games starting in the middle of the night is to record them. Then start watching "as live" 15-20 minutes into the game so you can fast forward thru the half time ads and bullsh1t. Just turn your phone notifications off if you do.

Maybe surprised by Henderson making the cut, and Morgan Gibbs-White and Maguire missing out.

That said, the reaction from the Maguire camp to the news is incredibly poor and to me helps justify the decision from a man-management perspective. It seems clear that Tuchel has spoken to Maguire, Foden, Palmer, etc ahead of the squad announcement, presumably to explain the reasons and prevent them being shocked by it. For Maguire in particular to then go to the press about it, to leak the news and bemoan his exclusion (including complaints from his Mum?), is incredibly poor.

Maguire tries to make out that he is a nice guy but his behaviour on this squad selection and his personal life history tells a different story.
 
I get the impression that Henderson is good for the squad morale and can do a specific job for the last 20 mins as a sub but Toney!! What the hell is he doing there? With the likes of Rashford in the squad there was no need for a third striker in the squad let alone one who has been playing in a Mickey Mouse league.

From what I took from Tuchels press conference, Henderson is there for group morale (could he not go as a coach), in my opinion he has taken Toney solely for his penalty taking but it could also be a reasonable assumption that it’s because he is one of few that should be acclimatised to the weather conditions.
I don’t understand anyone’s need to blurt out their feelings on social media, particularly footballers but I do think that Maguire has good reason to feel agrieved. It seems Tuchel decided that Maguire wouldn’t be involved from day 1. He’s had a really good season and could have been a valuable weapon for us on set pieces, even if he was only used when we are chasing a game. For me a more valuable inclusion than Henderson. Then you also have to consider that Stones has been selected ahead of him, he’s been injured all season and only played 45mins recently.
 
Toure started Australia's warmup friendly yesterday Vs Mexico, playing 80 mins. If you'd told me in December that Australia Vs USA at the world cup would feature a Norwich striker, I'd have assumed Sargent's Norwich career ended very differently!

McLean played 90 mins against Curacao, nothing an assist for Scotland's first goal.
 
Slimane played for Tunisia and apparently impressed in a friendly against Austria, having a free-kick crash off the cross-bar on Monday
