They're desperate to build it up into some kind of controversial incident, but it was nothing like a penalty. If anything, Madueke fouled the defender.
Given that they’ve had 5 shots to PSGs 21 (all pretty crap to be fair) looks like the Arsenal have been playing for penalties.
Because it would take forvever, the ref and officials trudging from end to end. And tonight PSG deserve a fan advantage because their fans have been much louder than the Gooners, from what I’ve heard anyway.
Well, the team which made slightly more effort to win it, won it. Won’t live in my memory for long.
Rotten way to lose but you've got to hit the target and make the keeper save it. Eze's penalty was dire. If Arsenal had shown a bit more adventure, especially in the first half they'd have won, PSG were poor tonight...
Arsenal got what they deserved in my opinion, settled for the old one-nil to the Arsenal and came unstuck.
