8 fewer games to play and the prem season lasts 2 weeks longer at the league stage so in theory you shouldn't need as big a squad in the prem and be more able to manage injuries and fingers crossed keep players fit, tho not sure it works that way with our luck
No European matches either compared to some of our opponents!

I can understand if City didn't sell out they almost have lived at Wembley for the past decade .
Understand the reason. It’s the change of attitude to its once held glory. I saw the attendances from round 4 in 1971 the other day. City had over 30k there and all the other games had similar or way more. It meant something. Anyway I’m old now and it’s past my bedtime <laugh>

Fly campers. A very tiny minority of bellends in the outdoors, who aren’t outdoorsy people at all.
It's both infuriating and heartbreaking when you make your way up to a beautiful location by a river up the North of Scotland and some group of ****ing louts have left discarded bottles, cans, plastic bags and disposable bbq's lying around the place...One heavy downpour, the rivers in spate and this sh!t ends up floating around in a loch!!!

take comfort in the thought
that as they sat about,
down came the midges
and sorted them all out

I went to the old Maine Road a few times....Walking through Mosside was a bit hairy, even back in the 1980s. I recall the old lady with the bell, in the Kippax, who would start to ring it when Man Citeh went across the halfway line.
I went to City v United. There was a line of police with linked arms keeping United from City and another line of police with linked arms keeping City from United. The fans would throw bottles at the roof so the shattered glass would shower the other set of fans.
After the match a group of United fans ran away from City fans down a street. The City fans followed them. Then the United fans stopped. From the other end of the street more United fans appeared. City fans had to run down alleys to get away.
