To be fair, he didn’t do that and he should have. I’ve been telling my wife since about October or November last year ‘it depends on the play offs’. Now, of course, it can change to ‘it depends if we’re playing that day’ for every Premier League fixture. That should wipe out the social calendar with a bit of luck .

Funnily enough we are going to a wedding out of town on the 1st Saturday of the new season. I have said we will go but that was before we knew it was Premier League. Now praying the game is on the Friday or Sunday

He was even better than I thought. 100% we should sign him. Won’t be expensive, Bristol City don’t want him, and I’m certain he could play an important part in the Premier League. It’s also a good PR and marketing opportunity to have a Japanese international in the squad.
