Might have been ITV2 or ITV4. One of them lot.Great, ta. I might have been a bit too excitable to have checked yesterday!
100% BS. I don't think Acun paid a fortune for us in the first place. I'd guess at some where between £10m to maybe 20m, in instalments. I think the KLP sale was a part of the deal too, and probably the lions share, with Ehab getting a sell on bonus. As for another bonus if we got promotion to the Premier League? Debateable but it wouldn't surprise me if he did, but nowhere near as much as the figures bandied about. Not forgetting it was said Ehab also got a wedge when Jarrod Bowen won his first England cap, that was said to be worth £1m.Rumours are Ehab pockets 30 million? Is it BS?
So got on the coach after the game after all the celebrations.about an hour , waited another hour for if to leave mostly because so many dimwits couldn’t remember what number coach they were on even what name it was plus wtf they’d been doing so long after the celebrations I don’t know !! Got home 12-45 AM

That’s why the MDt is so busyi got in at 1am and immediately put the recording on - you cant get too much of a good thing

It will really hit home when we get the fixture list and we see we are playing Liverpool and Chelsea instead of Lincoln and CharltonStill cannot believe we've only gone and won the playoffs

Maybe we should change our name to Wow-Hull City.Apparently, next season will be the first time in 130yrs of football that there won't be a team in the top flight starting with a W.
said the same thing to my Grandson on the coach home last night! (Not the Wow Hull City bit)Maybe we should change our name to Wow-Hull City.
1966... City get promoted from League 3 to League 2....England win the world cup.
60 years later
2026....City get promoted to the Premier League............England win the world cup?
Now that would be some double!!
Agree, saw Ehab yesterday on the concourse enjoying it as much as everyone else even doing a few selfies, he's a fan and time has told now that they sold to a good owner when they could have sold to any old dodgy tw@t plunging us to another 104 years of oblivion.100% BS. Its a matter of opinion which will divide fans for ever more but Ehab had the clubs finances right and the club was solvent with a bit left over in the Bank plus the wage bill was manageable. All those factors made the club attractive enough to attract a buyer.
Acun took the gamble aka risk, and it's paid off for him. My genuine hope is that if we stop in the PL for one, two, or ten seasons, I just hope we have something to show for it at the end.
Fair comment I guessAgree, saw Ehab yesterday on the concourse enjoying it as much as everyone else even doing a few selfies, he's a fan and time has told they sold to a good owner when they could have sold to any old dodgy tw@t.
He sold to a dodgy twat, oh...Agree, saw Ehab yesterday on the concourse enjoying it as much as everyone else even doing a few selfies, he's a fan and time has told they sold to a good owner when they could have sold to any old dodgy tw@t.
Yeah good set of fans all the Boro fans I met, didn't see any nob heads pre or post match on either side, there was v much a shared appreciation that Southampton weren't there which helpedWhat a weekend. What a team. The sun was shining, won a few hundred on the game and the lads were never going to let us down. Days like this is what being a supporter is all about, glory supporters will never experience anything like it, drink it in and enjoy every moment of it, special day. I love this bloody team.
Just about every Middlesbrough fan I met after the game were class too and weren’t sore losers, we could all sit together and have a pint, bet the police were bored stiff. UTFT!!
Got to get him to sign in with McBurnie 9 now JimYeah, he seems to be a real character. Im embarrassed I sent her on the train again thursday to find out who had defaced my lads shirt ha ha.
I do hope he has a great year in the Prem with us next season.
