probably nothing againSince we are now a Premier League club… what happens regarding the training ground.
Where has 20/25 mill figure to Ehab come from?? Do you have a link? I would be amazed if it’s more than 1 millIssue is you almost have to invest all that first year income into the squad and hope you stay up and THEN start thinking about this stuff, but that's always the trap..
But if we do need to give Ehab another say 20-25m as a condition of the sale, plus the money to Omur, plus all the wages going up before you even start to think of new players, the money dries up pretty quick. Hopefully new sponsors can help with that.

Add ons are usually small enhancementsWhy would it only be 1m? I thought it was basically the same again as Acun's purchase price of the club and could have sworn there was reporting around that mark at the time of sale. I could certainly have imagined it as I can't find anything on a quick Google search but thought that's what was speculated.

We can say what we like about the training ground but it’s produced some bloody good days out at Wembley. Was discussing the testing ground in pub near Wembley today
I assume it really needs investment, although it would be interesting to see what players (current and ex) think
If it is true re Escab.... someone let HMRC know...We paid 2m for Omur and now owe another 2m for going up to the PL. Not sure there's a typical number in these circumstances. As said, I can't find anything so who knows what the truth is, but if Acun bought the club for 25-30m I'm not sure Ehab would bother negotiating for an extra 1m in the chance we get to the PL where we'd have a 200m windfall.
The speculation at the time was always that Acun didn't necessarily have hugely deep pockets but would do those sorts of double up deals (I'll pay you 20m now and another 20m if we go up and I get access to the extra cash), and as said we've seen that play out with Omur. He threw in the Bowen add on and sell on cash too didn't he? Think we had similar deals with Ally and a few others from memory, maybe Sinik? It may well be significantly less for Ehab (say 5-10m) so guess we'll see.
I cant understand why MKM dont just build it and have a 15 year deal on the naming of the training ground...Was discussing the testing ground in pub near Wembley today

It was Jarred Dublin in his interview on 1904 Club. From memory he didn't say they'd scrapped it, just that all options were open including moving everything to a new location. The idea of any kind of training facility at the ground is a **** one though, and should be scrapped IMO. Training ground, offices and academy all on one site somewhere to the west of the city definately the best option now we have a few quid.Anyone heard that they've scrapped the plan to move the academy to the MKM site. Sure I heard / read that the plan was to move everything to a new off site location now, but can't remember where I heard it? Maybe the 1904 club.
Realistically need to just spend on players, then if we stay up use that money on a new training ground.
Unless acun can figure out a dodgy loophole to build one and somehow pay ourselves back with it, even get one of his mates to chip in!!
It will take minimum of 3 years to get the relevant permissions, safety / flow assessments & full designs before any pre construction starts, then maybe 12-18 months to build it. It’s a 5yr projectNow then, I make no apologies for sounding like a know nowt but now we’ve got some cash can’t we buy the stadium off the skint HCC and extend the east stand to mirror the west . Add an extra 10k onto the capacity. It’s only worth £20m tops and if the biscuit man came onboard he could have the naming rights. “The McVities Stadium” has a certain ring to it. We could call it the Biscuit Barrel amongst ourselves or am I talking a load of Fig Rolls?
