Don’t really see how they could argue that. They said right from the final whistle after they lost to us that they were still going to train etc and they could only have been preparing for Hull, so no time lost in preparation for them at all

Who is this?
Watford fan and tactics writer/blogger, think he used to work as an analyst and has admitted being connected to Jason Taylor (the whistleblower), think they have a mutual friend who also works as an analyst. He was posting a lot of updates about the Salt incident at Boro and what was going on at that end, which panned out to be true

You'd have thought he was a Boro fan from the way he's been going on for the past fortnight. Doesn't come across as the nicest chap.

Yeah, seems a bit of an unsavoury character and has a bit of a rep for being a knob. Probably why he's blogging about football rather than working in it. But clearly does have an in with the whistleblower / other analysts and has an idea of what's going on behind the scenes with this situation

So if it is true that more clubs are coming forward and there is evidence does that just effect the ban for those involved or could it mean a harsher punishment for the club?

Well if it leads to EFL charges related to different fixtures, then that would open the door to further points deductions, given the precedent has been set as 3pt per game (mitigated down to 2pts per game on the previous hearing)

So the bigger point deduction than Luton is still on the cards then

If other teams can prove it then I don’t see how it wouldn’t lead to more charges from the EFL. The only thing will be if they decide on a cap on the total offence (if it’s like 10 clubs total for example). Otherwise off to League 1 we go, in the time frame Libby wanted as well. He really is the new Tom

I thought the decision was final after our verdict and couldn’t be reopened from both sides once we’ve appealed?

Yeah. There's always a chance that clubs didn't initially want to wade into the playoff final ****show and wanted to see what happened. Now a precedent has been set (3pts per game), so there might be some opportunist execs at other clubs sensing a chance to weaken a rival
