I am so pleased the bookies never rated us. I got 7.5/1 before the semis in a four-horse race which was insulting. And insulting odds for us to win in 90 minutes today, so decided to have another bet. We had the best record against the other play off teams going into the semis, so thank you for the easy money, Sky Bet. Very satisfying to withdraw nearly £1000 and I’m not really a betting man.
The wife got a shirt signed by the team on the train on the way down to millwall. I was annoyed one of them had written 'windass 10' and 'Diame 24' on there amongst the signatures as it was for my lads bedroom wall and it felt ruined. Id assumed someone had done it to stop it being sold, such is the amount of idiots getting stuff to make money on nowadays.
Anyway, Ive since found out it was McBurnie who wrote those names and for good reason. Its almost like he knew what was happening today and becoming the third to win the play offs for city at Wembley.
Its actually made that shirt even more cherished now, what a back story.

He does seem to be a bit of an oracle. Choosing us because he wanted promotion last summer when we looked nowhere near. Said he told his kids he's going away for a few nights and will be a premier league player next time they see him. Either that or he's extremely confident!
Yeah, he seems to be a real character. Im embarrassed I sent her on the train again thursday to find out who had defaced my lads shirt ha ha.
I do hope he has a great year in the Prem with us next season.
