Got away with that first half. We need to stamp a bit of authority on this game. We’re approaching it like a league 2 club away to a premier league team in the FA cup. They have a marginally better starting 11. There’s not much in it. Gotta leave it all out on the pitch boys. No what ifs.

2008 we had arguments with people behind who wanted us to sit down. sheff utd was a more earthy experience. as was the arsenal game. but it can ruin it.
I said before game we would have a lot more sat down than Boro. Behind their goal everyone is standing but we have fans sat down behind us. My lad rang me at half time and where he is there were some Fernebahce fans supporting us. He said they were making more noise than the nearby City fans. Also said the Boro lot who want to sing are all grouped together whilst ours are spread out in different areas.
Stopped smoking 24 years ago but if someone walked in and offered me a cigarette I would be tempted.
