Toney is absolutely the right call, he's easily amongst England's top 3 strikers along with Kane and Watkins

(I wish he could play for Leeds next season).

DJed Spence???????
At least there’s some football to watch until the real thing starts again (as dull as I find international football).

Had high hopes for those world cup but it's a strange selection for sure. Spence and Henderson are real head scratchers.

However, Foden and Palmer have done very little for England under his stewardship so I agree with those.

Think we are a decent centre half away from being real contenders. Dunno who partners Guehi.

Midfield trio of Rice, Anderson and Bellingham will take some beating. Anderson is the most underrated player in the PL.

Need pace running beyond Kane and Gordon aside, not sure we have it.

Albert Steptoe aka Tuchel does not have a clue, Toney!! He is not match fit. Spence at LB he is total crap

It looks like he’s ruled some out on form - foden and palmer but then included burn over Maguire.. stones who isn’t fit. Just seems inconsistent methodology. Dont think any of the wingers are playing that well.

Gibbs white very unlucky in my view.

But hey, he’s a proven manager, knows how he wants to play, guess we’ll have to wait and see.

The Palmer thing, I see the logic, especially as he's been iffy at club level this season, but Chelsea have underperformed in general this. season.

I would have picked Pope over Trafford. I've heard this argument that Trafford is the future England No. 1. It's flawed Logic. He had 1, maybe 2 good seasons at Burnley, and one was in the Champs. He's spent this season on the bench for City, and we don't know who's coming up in the next 8 to 10 years, especially in the GK position.

I would have gone for DCL or Wellbeck over Toney. The Toney argument is another flawed argument. Yes, he's got 30 goals this season, but it's in the Saudi Pro-League. DCL and Wellbeck have got around the 15 mark in a major European League.

J. Henderson would have been a no for me as well. I'm sorry, but 35 years old?

Spence would have been the last choice as RB. I would have gone for Justin over Spence.

There's another thing about this selection, a lot of the players are 30 and over, which was meant to be the issue of Euro 2016, and I don't see any kids coming through

Trafford won the double so not a bad season.
