The confusing part about the sanction is how can it possibly be applied to anyone else who does it during the season? Unless it’s “de facto” awarding the first game as 3-0 to Boro. Unless the EFL hope this is so harsh no one will think of trying this again. Not convinced by that though

The fact that it's been admitted to being done at least three times means that Tonda may well have orchestrated it all. He'll be looking at a managerial ban for sure. I thought last seasons relegation was the lowest we could sink. The players must be feeling just as sick as us right now.

Feel like an idiot for being there celebrating on tuesday. Im there screaming in what I think is one of my best moments as a saints fan. But in reality it was all pointless. Wasted my time and money that night.
They will. The noddy melts which make up most of our fan base will whine a little bit online and then do **** all in the stadium. They'll still have nice tame questions thrown gently at them by Blackmore and House, and then make sure there's lots of nice posts about the women's team.
