Having no final would mess up the Sky contract and would be bad for the EFL. So I don't know how someone thought that likely.

If Southampton play as expected they would obviously be relatively big favourites. Certainly more so than Millwall who were, in reality, merely slight favourites. But in a one off big game it's obviously doable. It's not like we are playing Chelsea again where we depended on them playing well below par.

I'm not overly convinced about that...

If things go ahead as planned, you come out of it relatively unscathed.Your Club, players, staff and fans will be rejuvenated and breathing a huge sigh of relief that they haven't been kicked out?

I'm not sure what decision is likely to come out of this as it's immeasurable against any precedent gone before but it's fair to say the quicker the better for everyone's sake and in Hull City's case it's preferable if we know who we are playing ASAP.
I wholeheartedly agree the sooner a definitive decision is made the better for all concerned .

So... let's say Soton get the boot. Do you consider playing Boro ( a team that "legitimized' Soton by playing them twice and ultimately losing to them) as a valid playoff final opponent or as a team getting another bite of the cherry?
Southampton would have got the boot for breaking the rules
Clubs get expelled for accidently playing ineligible players

Yeah,I've never bought an oyster card and didn't know they charged £10 either...

I just buy one of those off peak tickets with unlimited use, seems the cheapest way if you're moving around a bit.

Just use your phone or card to tap in and tap out of any tfl transport (except river or cable car) and it will always work out the cheapest price for you. Plus there's a daily cap anyway so you never pay more than about 9 to 15 quid anyway. (Depending on zones travelled through).

You don't need to go near a ticket machine and Oyster Cards are so last decade...

Just make sure you use the same device to tap in and out; if you tap in on your phone and tap out with your card, it won't recognise that it's the same account and will charge you the maximum.

The system is brilliant, but they do need to sort this anomaly out.

Not sure how they'd sort out the 'anomaly' but it definitely is a good system.

Oyster cards are irrelevant for adults now, for kids they still get a discount though. Kids to a certain age (think it’s u12’s) are free, just go to the family barrier. Over 12 only gets a discount with an Oyster card. Needs to be verified with ID, will need to apply now.

For me, Saints are a very good team. Leaving all the current charges to one side, they are on an amazing run and the reality is, even though we have beaten them twice, with their consistency, they are more than likely to beat us under normal circumstances. If the game goes ahead this is still the case.
But was that unbelievable run due to spying and knowing other teams line-up and tactics
