Thing I keep coming back to.

Is a kid with an iPhone on a few occasions worse than blatantly ignoring the financial regulations in place for three years, winning the Championship title as a result, then not cooperating with the investigation into that.

If you thing it is, your head has gone. If it isn't, then the worst they should punish us with is a 6 point deduction.

Just a bit of perspective,

Leicester also didn't get kicked out of the Championship after being found guilty either.

We're worse than Hitler, apparently.

All right, boys and girls - Hull City fan in peace. Our tickets are going on sale tomorrow (with caveat of full refund if the game gets pushed back) so hopefully that means the game is going ahead. If the game doesn't go ahead as planned, then that just goes to show once again that the EFL aren't bothered about the fans of either club.
You don't know what sanctions they might impose on your club, and loads of City fans have already bought train tickets and booked hotels in London for the weekend. Some might get refunds, but not all. Also if the game gets shoved back to the middle of the following week, we'll barely take up half our allocation, as people just can't take time off work at short notice for a midweek trip to London.
Can't see the EFL's paymasters SKY TV wanting the game pushed back, so hopefully they are bringing some pressure to bear, common sense prevails and the game goes ahead as scheduled.

Totally agree, the paymasters will want the game in a full stadium on the Saturday. Should be a good game as you’ve had our number this season.

Blimey. Another person talking sense.

The football correspondent is funny though. "They could have picked up information on penalties." Sure, but there could only have been a penalty shoot out on the Tuesday and that's more than 72 hours after when the guy was there so it's irrelevant to the specific spying charge.

I also think they are covering their arses if it goes nuclear.

I'm also thinking that it may get pushed to the Wednesday after.
Oooh I like that as I can go to the Wednesday. Saturday is a marriage challenge. Not a no, just complicated & I don’t want SFC to face another high court case.
