No - but as a hint to the club's name, a very famous woman died around four years ago and was replaced by a man.
From the near neighbours and championship rivals I guess you mean QPR and the famous woman is obvious. So, maybe a club beginning with Queen ? Ruling out a couple of Scottish ones the only one I can think of is Queen Camel FC. in the Yeovil and district league (Premier).
Earlier this season, their most famous player - a 50 year old striker - became the first player to have scored in each of the top ten divisions in English football.
This would be the World famous KPR (sounds more like a devious political group), otherwise known (or mostly not) as King's Park Rangers in the Eastern Counties League.

Sorry Yorkie. This refers to the last of its kind and will probably never be repeated in English football - it's still possible in Northern Ireland but only at the intermediate level.
Achieved in what turned out to be a historic match, the last of its kind (at least in England).

Nothing to do with reserve teams Yorkie. The last match of its kind, (at least in England - Scotland and Northern Ireland were different). The clubs playing had similar sounding names and played at a 'flowery' sounding venue. Had the game been a day later then this question wouldn't have been possible.
