I remember after Arsenal v Hull City - I came out of the ground with a few mates
One of them was stopped by a camera crew and asked about the match
He came out with a brilliant description of how the match went
The interview said she was sorry but there had been a problem with the camera and could he repeat what he said?
He said: "No. I cant remember what I said"!

They're having a meltdown about that as well on social media. Moaning southern twats. They do realise Yorkshire is massive and if he's a Wessie he probably doesn't regard us as Yorkshire anyway?
Why do Wessies think that? I’ve heard it before and I’ve always found it odd from a historical perspective. The East and North Ridings were the original heartlands of Yorkshire.

No idea. I think they acknowledge the East Riding, just not Hull itself. Their geography isn't the best either, most of the ones I work with think we're anywhere between Lincoln and Newcastle.

"You've got such a long commute". An hour, hardly Phileas Fogg territory is it?

Our midfield issues will be why we wont win
If we don’t win I imagine everyone’s personal hobby horses will be to blame. Probably start with Coyle, before moving onto us not believing enough / believing too much, then maybe immigrants / gammons and then a suitably respectful period of acrimony, people on both sides blaming ‘the usual suspects’ on the other.

I’m hoping we win, or it could be a long week…

Nowt to moan about, for most of our history we have underachieved, given the circumstances this season we have overachieved, it's very rare we do that. Hoping we overachieve a bit more and Coyle scores the winner.

Come on now, who would have honestly believed at the start of the season we'd be where we are, 90mins from a potential £200m match at Wembley, its mad we are there. Yes if we don't get the win tonight I'll be gutted, because like us all I want Hull City to succeed, but that aint gonna take anything away from how proud I am of this season, given what's faced us.
Bloody good effort, and we have the weapons to hurt teams, we just need to get em firing. Come on lads, for the shirt, for the City, make us proud once more.
