It’s an interesting one but all that’ll happen is a group of players on the edge of the six yard box, and a short corner running into the six yard box. Then imagine if there’s a toe over the line! Already have the offside debacle atm and I cba with more line drawing by VAR.

I think easiest thing to do is just say any holding of a player is a pen/foul - players will catch on when there are 3+ pens in a game and stop. Where else can you grapple with a player and not get blown up for a foul. Outside of corners and set pieces if you grab another player you get a foul given, don’t know why it isn’t the same for set pieces.

People need to accept decisions.. You're never going to keep everyone happy, because of emotional decision making anyway.
