Joined a couch to 5K group to try and get motivated to start running again. I'm doing that this evening, and then going to pick my Mam up from the airport.

Thinking of you Hank. Your Dad was a lovely fella. I used to enjoy chatting with him before the match.

Mornin' all. Walking Wednesday with the dog that decided I wasn't having a lie in today, demanded I got up to let her outside so she could .... have a snooze in the sun. Git.

None of the above for me, no interest in european games or attachment to any of the play offs teams.
