' Never ask again ' still means ' we will ask again tomorrow ' - it is obvious that this is a deliberate ploy to get you fed up and give them the answer they want. I know I am being pedantic and guilty of ' cutting off my nose to spite my face ' but I refuse to be bullied into doing something I do not want to do. I have changed Banks rather than agree to fingerprint or facial recognition as the only way to sign in. Victor Meldrew I may be but if not606 continue to refuse to accept that ' never ask again ' means exactly that you will notice fairly shortly that I am no longer involved.
You sound like Phillipe Clement every time a journalist asks him about Josh Sargent!

I clicked the never ask again and haven't been. Do you delete cookies after each session or something which makes it think it is a new sign-in?
Ah - the dreaded technology. I have always assumed that cookies allowed sites to obtain information about me so I always refuse them. Also at the end of the day I always clear my history and run ccleaner as suggested to me many years ago by the computer man at work. I also, possibly naively, assumed that if I said ' never ask again' after I signed on that would be held on my details. If it isn't what is the point of the question and why wasn't it asked before?

I'm with you on the cookies thing. They are going to put things on my computer that I don't want there. But many sites won't work without them. I have cookies turned off in my browser with just a few sites allowed to use them. Not606 is one I allow. You should have an option in your browser's settings to manage exceptions where you can put the not606 url and allow Its' cookies to come through. When you're finished with the site, you can remove those cookies. I remove cookies several times a day while browsing.

If you use firefox, I can tell you the steps to take.

Like Zog, i don't get pestered anymore since i clicked "don't ask me again". Might be your settings. Are you having to sign in each time you visit Not606?

Edit - ah ok, just seen the other responses to you from CS etc. Another thing i haven't adjusted to since the update, is the change being able to see obviously where you are in the conversation or get to the page you want easily.

I avoid google, microsoft etc as much as I can (of course it's a losing battle. I'm using windows to send this msg).

Yes it is rather hard. I have always really used a windows PC used Mac at uni, but they were not very good, but everything is being swallowed up by a few giant multi-nationals that want my data for everything. What browser do you use for your phone? I have chrome on there I tried the firefox app a few years ago, but it wasn't so good

I have an android with chrome and firefox. Firefox is the one I choose when I need something but I hardly ever use my phone for internet browsing.
