I totally forgot we were playing. If someone had told me, no matter how slim that there was a mathematical chance we would have to reach the playoffs 15 games into the season I would have laughed and asked for whatever medication they were on
I feel the same. A top ten finish from where we were when he started is an incredible accomplishment.
Guaranteed to finish above 12th so an improvement on last years finish…seems miraculous

Also, if you look back to forum predictions for where we would finish that season, nobody expected anything but a mid-table finish, which is how it ended up.
More pertinent to the match thread, if we beat Swansea we're guaranteed at least a 9th place finish with a reasonable chance of finishing 8th.
