That was a classic could have gone either way result thst fell out way at the death. Everton should be ashamed of not even threatening woodman.

I see palace having zero reason to bother this weekend and a big European tie midweek after it.

Lfc simply dont have the firepower with gakpo and isak in the side so this one should be tighter. 2-1 to lfc. Salah to score 1 to keep faint hopes of 200 alive.

Win almost assures us of 5th (7 up with 4 to go at worst with it being brentford or Bournemouth or Chelsea as the rival) given all their fixtures remaining we only need a couple of draws or another win oit of 4 to end this)

Next weekend we see villa and utd having tougher games and villa distracted so catching up for 3rd or 4th isnt impossible.

Palace could do anything. Could be looking to Thursday, could be mad to go at us and totally ignore Thursday.

I see no reason to change what we did last game so jones playing inverted right back and dlg from there.

I just feel like they should be distracted but inexperience might mean they go at us.

Is isak up to it? Not at all.

Utd seem to have peaked before the international break. Tomorrow's game will tell a little.

We are down to bare bones and a draw would be good
