I just don't get his tactics, late subs( with 5 minutes to go ), taking off players who are doing something. What he see,s in Little only GOD knows
 
8th placed Grimsby on stats look a reasonably decent team and are one position and four points outside of the play-offs, that gap was created because they lost a vital game to the team one place above them, Chesterfield previous game.

The visitors will want to bounce straight back, as soon as I saw the name, my first thought was this will be tough. If they don't close that gap on seventh place and Chesterfield win their game at Fleetwood, then Grimsby's play-off hopes will die at Priestfield.

We held Salford to a 0-0 and they are now 6th...

Gillingham 3 Grimsby 3 - Hale, Dack and Hutton..I know that The Gills scoring 3 is unlikely but it would be great to see an entertaining game for a change!
