I made katspuke chicken earlier. Gonna get my missis to cook it whilst I watch the game. It looked positively awful, can’t wait.

I made some extremely spicy chicken thighs and cooked them on mini smoker to celebrate mine and my missus’ pip, esa and carers allowance going up this week. Chippy chips to accompany as I couldn’t be bothered to cook any myself.

Looking at that food after eating two hospital sandwiches today which was **** beyond belief.
In CH, gonna have me stents looked at, had the procedure four times before so all good thanks mate.

Just got home, nothing wrong with me stents, no evidence of new coronary trouble.
Change some meds and added some.
I said before i've had four previously and was ok, this one hurt like a bastard through having the others, it's weakened the veins and arteries. Any future ones have to go through me groin.
Not looking forward to that if it happens.

Good that all is well, I had an arteriogram via my groin once, not too bad at all. Once the sting from the local anaesthetic goes lie back and let them get on with it. The views expressed in this post are mine.

More spicy chicken (in the wrap too, with cheese and garlic sauce) accompanied by extra hot Cajun spiced fries and roasted veggies. Pukka peng as they would say in Norwich.
