Was great to meet Che today and pleasure as always to see No7 and Lincs
Clearly we didn't want to give their GD a battering to help the Skates.Shea Charles take a ****ing bow mush.
Weird game after that as was basically done. They rallied a bit second half and we struggled to up our intensity but after their miss we responded and they lost hope.
Likewise mate! Was great to meet Che today and pleasure as always to see No7 and Lincs
Would rather we don’t slow it down to walking pace at 2-0 tbh, one goal and everything changes and it’s not easy to suddenly jump up through the gears again. Oxford worked hard but were very limited up front. Lankshear showed some great hold up play but that 1v1 miss was a stinker (thankfully). Professional job in the end as it was always likely to be given the number of games recently. Bit of shame as I think we could have added a few more to the GD if we’d have spent more time out of 1st gear, but can’t be too greedy. COYR

I got on that train at Brockenhurst. I didn't see anyone with more than one head though. On the train now - somehow managed to get the 5:24. Good fist 20 mins then we slowed it down to a walk. Never felt under any real threat though. That Charles goal was just outrageous. Absolutely outrageous.
Not much else to add. Nice meeting a few before the game for a quick one - should do it more often.
Player safety is a massive push. But the placement, along with the unusually basic supermarket thrift design with Snellen chart text (tiny for pitchside hoardings) looks a bit suss. They do Iook more like obstacles than effective communication.Oh shut up.
