There is clearly something strange going on behind the scenes. Walsh has to start even though he is terrible. Saito also has to start even though he would be lucky to get into my village primary school team.
Kolli and Smyth basically do not start even though both are better than Saito and Bennie.
Put on Smith for 1st appearance since Plymouth when team are getting murdered, suggests JS making a statement about the squad.
Can't we recall Field as Madsen is injured and Hayden is terrible.
Has Ronnie got to play CB as money was spent on him. Looks like a DCM all day long
Has Dunne got to play every game?
Has JCS got to play as we were stupid enough to give him another contract?
Cook is slow but we need a leader on the pitch

Agree with all of that apart from Dunne: Captain, always fit and always performs well.

Some selections have been strange all season, our shortcomings are so patently obvious yet never addressed. I'm now totally in the 'JS out' camp, he seems uninspiring and totally devoid of any positive influence. The body language and attitude of some players on Sunday was really unacceptable and I fear the next two games could tip us into the relegation equation...

Cheers Dave.

Anyone who is going tomorrow evening and fancies a pre match pint let me know.

Kudos to you and all the other brave souls going....think you'll need more than one pint to numb you enough to get you through the game though <cheers>

Oh I intend to be arseholed and to have had a curry before kick off. My only challenge is that there is only 1 possible train home for me.

If Hamer has played 7 games and only let in 6 goals, surely that's less than 1 goal per game!! :emoticon-0136-giggl
Although way back when, Walsh had all those clean sheets, with now just 10 points short of the drop zone, it would be a "no brainer" to put Ben Hamer back in goal.

The Wellington, a snack at the outstanding Indian Streatery, the Craven Arms, stroll to Digbeth and one in the great but scary Anchor, now the hyper authentic White Swan. No hot foods served in any of these proper boozers. Might have time for the Old Crown (has a menu) before the match which is of little importance to me at this stage.
