Roger Johnson - Carling Cup Winner

and someone who next season will be part of a squad playing in Europe. It's fantastic to see an ex Wycombe player doing so well against opposition that defeated one of the greatest club sides ever a couple of weeks ago.

Personally I always preferred him to Williamson - the man is 100% committed, and a very skillful, powerful centre half. England next, perhaps?

I missed the game unfortunately. I always try to watch Birmingham, Newcastle and Blackpool purely to see Johnson, Williams and Phillips. Did RJ have a good game?

Welcome Murray. Believe it or not I'm a bit of an Arsenal fan myself but not in the way that I'm a Wycombe fan. I like to watch Arsenal because I enjoy the way they play. I also enjoy watching Spurs and used to follow them quite a bit when the 2 Argentinians were there (Ossie Ardilles and I think Ricky Villa or something like that). I can't get emotional about any team other than Wycombe, having been born there and followed them all my life.

It's not hate, just banter. A bit like Wycombe & Shrewsbury.

i had to reboot mine a couple of weeks ago as you know,and as you say there are some right ++++ers about

 

Internet Defender is a very nasty virus that can easily frighten people into buying even nastier viruses.

 

I was pleased for the big man, I know he still tries to get to the odd Wycombe game
