have you ever tried to have sex with a woman who doesn't want it? its nearly impossible in a warm bedroom and lots of things to gain leverage against, where as in a muddy park with questionable footing at best i just dont see how it is feasible therefore all rape victims secretly want it.

Jen - sorry for the late reply. The answer to your question is not easy to define. It appears that a foetus can survive ( with medical help ) at an earlier stage - as medicical advancements continue. This aspect needs to be continually be reviewed. I totally agree with your point about sex education - to help to eliminate more of the cause rather than treat the consequences. As for rape victims - surely there's the ' morning after ' pill to prevent unnecessary pregnancies.
Abortion should only be available in certain circumstances. Rape, incest and when there is a risk of death or very serious life threatening injury to the mother. Some people are having abortions after finding out there baby is not perfect and will be disabled ffs. People who have abortions outwith the execptions i gave above are child killers like Brady and Hyndley. I am totally non religious btw.
I only agree with the mothers life being threatened Rape is not a good enough reason Incest would deprive Motherwell of a workforce
I think if my missus was raped and was impregnated I would want it aborted. No second thoughts about it.
