Tell me it ain't so! Have we really lost the plot? Is our season that promised so much sliding away from us? If so can you identify the reasons. Help me as I am in denial, shunning the tv, pretending this isn't happening. Is there anybody out there?

Bad few weeks, still time to sort it out.

Still confident we can get back to 6th but happy with top 10. Injured players coming back soon and hopefully back into more winnable games.

    It is so.

But, all we need to change our fortunes are Catts, Danny and Turner. I think.

Maybe back in March. Then again, maybe not.

    I'm sure this helped immensely.

Anybody remember the season before our 19 pointer? Going well until about January then couldn't string any kind of form together. History repeating itself-I hope not but there are dangers. Time for Bruce to earn his corn.

I watched Bruce in his post Everton interview. The only thing I got out of it was he looked as pissed off about it all as I feel.

I never post comments on a game on the day of a match, generally leave it 'til the next day so the emotion of the game doesn't cloud my thoughts. After Goodison, I have had to leave it 2 days!!

NOT happy with the performance. Ok, every team has games where things just don't fit together, but providing all the players give 100%, then I don't get mad. This wasn't the case on Sat. No excuses for me - 2 weeks off to rest, recover and prepare, quite simply very well paid professional footballers failed to deliver on any front.

The past cannot be changed, recriminations can be immensely damaging to any entity but learning lessons for the future is often fruitful. My views are that SB is building a good squad (albeit a few too many loans currently) but there is a way to go as the past few weeks have shown we currently do not have the strength in depth. With everyone back we'll worry any team in the PL - home or away.

A sign of class in management is being able to adapt under the most difficult circumstances, SB needs to raise his game as regards man-management and tactics. I'm looking forward to seeing how he, and the players react in the next couple of games.

Apparently SB is not worried yet by our blip not sure if that goes for the Sunderland fans who were there on Saturday though but, there you go.
We have now lost 4 out of 4 shipped 11 goals and threw away 3 leads to come away with zero points that is worrying for any sane person who knows a little bit about football. Commented on Saturday after the game and think I was slightly harsh on the team as a whole however, having watched the match again in glorious technicolour HD I find I was spot on with my assessment of a shambles all over the pitch.
