    Listening to talksport on Friday...
    The only common ground that was coming out of the chat was that Birmingham dont play football and will park the bus and and try somehow how to get a victory from todays game !!
    Well all i can say is what a good game and Brum deserved to win the game and how much sweeter could it be than to come against Arsenal ..who continually bitch about any team who dont play like themselves.
    When you think about it the SHEER ARROGANCE of the man A...hole Wenger preaches what he does so there fans think in the same vein.
    He even came out and said the the day after we lost to them in the week that long throws should be banned from a certain distance !!!
    Now im not a massive fan of seeing Rory launch it from near the halfway line as it gets tedious...
    But to think Wenger actually has the audacity to come out and say these kind of things puzzles most peoples judgment dont it ??
    <grr>
    Well done Birmingham FC made my sunday .. :cheesy:

    Personally, losing in a cup final could not happen to a better team than arsenal.

    now i do not hate arsenal, but i hope Barca & Man Utd, absolutely smash them in the other cup comps

    Can't explain how happy I am that "the brum" turned over the southern softies!
    No doubt we will somewhere along the lines get blamed for it but I really don't care at this moment as I'm too busy celebrating! :1980_boogie_down:

    The Birmingham City coach will be delayed on its journey back to Birmingham. The players have got to stop at Ikea to buy a cabinet!

    Now I dislike ARSEnil and BirmingSCUM City both equally but in a way, the mob from Brimingham are much and such more like Stoke, not because they play more or less the same way as us due to the physical presence that their attackers have in a match but they hadn't won a major trophy since the late 60's if i'm correct and their support has bags of passion and come from the working class environment, which is what football is all about, supporters waiting a life-time to see their side go to Wembley Stadium , the underdogs beat the odds on favourites and triumph. People will say Birmingham were lucky, I wouldn't call it luck at all, their back four and goalkeeper had a decent game, the midfield provided the attackers with good service and on two occassions the chances were put away.

    Also.......

    Laurent Koscienly and Wojciech Szczesny, well done!

    :D

    Really pleased for Birmingham, good to see one of the smaller teams picking up a trophy. It can give us all a bit of faith.

    Made the accidental (onpurpose) mistake of saying to my Gunner mate Ross, "Hey, how you doing, blah blah - arsenal win at the weekend, mate?" <laugh>
