Edited before you got back marra, go have a look at it. Pure class.

Hello BGD mate, do you mean like that thread on your board yesterday where your lot were all laughing at the Mackem on Deal or no deal?

They all wanted the guy to end up with the 1p box but he got 20k, apparently. I have to say marra, I found that very sad.

Agree with that mate, but doesn't differ from a HUGE number of Sunderland fans who commented on a post a few weeks back hoping that a Geordie on the Cube went home with nothing. COuntless people laughing about how he planned to buy his family season tickets etc

It makes no difference. If when short sells up the shares will go to new owner. If/when Ashley sells up, his loans will be included in the price. The difference is in the money each club makes. We make more and won't be turning a loss this season. So to your original point, are Sunderland ahead of Newcastle off the pitch??? Nee chance. Having decent people at board room level makes things nice and cosy for you as a fan. But we have a ruthless **** who the fans hate but is steering the club to financial security.

WTF ??? IF is a massive word.Newcastle owe Fatty ****ing millions,Sunderland owe Short **** all. Simples.

Fatty and Short are both ruthless. At least Short bought the club after the credit crunch knowing full well the insanely huge risks investing in ANY Football Cub.<doh>

Classic trolling at its finest.

make a thread thats controversial, then piss off and dont reply for hours and see what bites you get.

What you on. We owe Ashley nothing. It's his club, it's his debt. The only way it would harm us is if he bailed out and took his money with him FROM the club which just ain't going to happen. short is keeping your head above water. Ashley was keepin our head above water but his risks in runnin our club are paying off. Self sufficient. That's a pipe dream for Sunderland.

Ashley bought Newcastle atleast a year before Short bought Sunderland... He's a fairly shrewd billionaire businessman, so I'm sure he knows what he's doing.
