Dreadful first half...Much much better 2nd half..enough to win it. You have to say..well done the team..
Too many coasting in the first half, not acceptable, Struber obviously put a rocket up their asses at half time, second half completely different attitude. Vyner has been outstanding this season, but why did he let the guy past for the second, stop him at any cost, take a yellow if you have to,
Seriously I know Knight has been injured, but what’s up with him, is he still injured, he looks yards off the pace, he was a passenger out there, again. He just doesn’t seem to have a clue, very odd.
Whenever teams that have just come down from the Premier League with their para payments I truly expect our visitors to show some real class across the field. That is exactly what I expected and our first half shambles clearly showed the difference in class between us and when we went down 0-2 I truly felt we were going to get massacred. I would like to know what was said in the dressing room during the interval because changes had to be made as several players were just awful and the resulting switches made a huge difference and the crowd clearly sensed the emotion out there. Full marks for the comeback but we need way better if we are not to fall down in the pecking order approaching the New Year sales and I feel that if we don't have a plan for new players already under discussion then I can't see us going to the play-offs with what is essentially an under powered squad.
